The app
Termary is a macOS terminal application. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to download and use it. You may not redistribute modified builds of the app as your own product.
Your account and Pro
Signing in is optional. If you purchase Termary Pro (when available), Pro attaches to your account and works on any Mac you sign in to. Don't share account credentials to circumvent licensing.
Acceptable use
A terminal can run anything — what you run is on you. You're responsible for the commands you execute, the systems you connect to, and having authorization for the SSH hosts you access.
No warranty
Termary is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the app — make backups, and treat production systems with the care they deserve.
Privacy
How we handle data is covered in the Privacy Policy — the short version: almost everything stays on your Mac.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the release notes. Continuing to use Termary after a change means you accept the updated terms.
